DeSoto Baptist Church has been dedicated to the community and nurturing relationships with God ever since opening its doors. This church has adopted the Baptist Faith & Message, 2000 as its statement of faith, and we voluntarily and freely cooperate with the Mississippi Baptist Convention and the Southern Baptist Convention. We believe we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Through a personal relationship with Christ, we find forgiveness, salvation, and hope in an eternal life. The Bible, authored by God himself, speaks with authority in our lives and to the nature and character of God and man. We are dedicated to teaching God's Word and nurturing Christian relationships.
